They make it really easy. You have 60 days. Items must be unopened in original, undamaged packaging and accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt.

Can I get
my money back?

If you paid cash, you’ll get cash back. Credit card charges will be reimbursed on the same card only. Purchases with checks will be given store credit, as will gift card and due bill purchases. All eligible returns with gift receipts will receive store credit too.

…and if something’s defective?

Those returns can only be made with the approval of a store manager who must verify that the item is defective. If so, items will be accepted for return only if they were purchased less then 60 days before the return date and are accompanied by a receipt.
